3.2 You acknowledge and agree that consumer rights legislation, including (but not limited to) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, does not apply to your use of the Service.
4.1 The Service is available on a monthly subscription basis.
4.2 We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days after subscribing, you may request a full refund.
4.3 After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
4.4 We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least one billing period's notice (minimum 30 days).
5.1 The Service acts as an intermediary that displays Auto Trader data within supported auction platforms.
5.2 Support for specific auction platforms is subject to review and may change. We are not liable for changes to third-party platforms that affect the Service's functionality, although we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.
6.1 The data provided through the Service is sourced from Auto Trader and is intended for informational purposes only.
6.2 While we strive to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, the information should be treated as indicative only. You should cross-reference against primary data sources before making purchasing decisions.
6.3 We bear no responsibility for commercial or operational decisions made based on data displayed through the Service.
7.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8.1 Autometric bears no liability whatsoever for the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the data provided through the Service.
8.2 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8.3 Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Service or via email.
10.2 Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
